Easy to book, huge range of hotels. Being based in Netherlands means delivery isn't immediate. Once in the hands of Royal Mail, it gets lost. Called customer care who were brilliant (Alex) & now have the voucher details online (& printed) as a backup. Meanwhile, the voucher is still out there.
