Customer support excellent
I made an error, and left a negative review for this company. They got in touch very quickly, explained the issue to me and turns out it was my error that caused the problem. They got back to me very quickly and the problem was resolved within a couple of hours. I therefore apologise to hotelgifts, and in future I'll try not to be so hasty in leaving a negative review for people. Lesson learned.
