Customer Success Trainee

Who are we?

Hotel Gift is an Amsterdam based start-up operating worldwide. We are an online gift card for 110,000 hotels worldwide. At the moment we work in a team of seven people based in Amsterdam and with multiple freelancers around the globe. We are growing very rapidly and are looking to expand our team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for support with our Customer Success activities. This includes among others the setup of new gift card delivery methods, improving customer emails, social media community management and assisting in customer support. In addition, you will support in the development of the B2B activities of Hotel Gift.

What do we offer?

We offer a diverse job in a great team in the city centre of Amsterdam. There is a lot of room for own ideas and initiative. The traineeship will be six months with the intent to transfer into fulltime employment.
