5 Things to Do in London this Summer

London is a great place to visit over summer. There are always endless activities going on in every corner of the city. So many that it is often hard to choose one. So here are some of the fun things to do in London this summer.
Outdoor Cinema

Over the summer in London, you can enjoy some of your favourite classics outdoors. There are several places that host outdoor movies including Hyde Park where it’s free (but headphones are on first come first serve basis). Places like Luna Cinema are dotted around the whole of London but you have to get your tickets for those. Plus, you won’t have to sit on the grass but rather on the comfy lounge chairs too.

Trampoline park

Feeling to do something active? Head to one of London’s new favourite ways to exercise – trampoline parks. Feel like a kid again as you’re jumping through the room essentially made of trampolines. Practice your front flip landing into the foam pool and just have a wonderful time.

Ronnie Scott’s street party

Many have heard of Ronnie Scott’s Jazz bar. It’s one of the most famous venues in London hosting small gigs for all the jazz and blues lovers in the heart of Soho. On the 20th of July, this bar will close its doors and host a big street party instead. Enjoy free entry, 6 hours of performances and face-painting for the kids to celebrate Ronnie Scott’s 60th anniversary!

Have a pink drink

On Wednesdays, we drink pink drinks? We think so! Little Mercies in Crouch End has partnered up with Porter’s Tropical Old Tom Gin to create a menu designed explicitly of pink drinks. Enjoy a delicious pink raspberry or blueberry cocktail while you do good, as per every cocktail £1 will be donated to Breast Cancer Research UK.

Do some rooftop yoga

Turns out that London has been named the Yoga Capital of the World. London has hosted over 6,000 yoga related events last year and has an abundance of studios all around the city. There are many rooftop yoga events going on in summer which are especially enjoyable. Grab your Sunrise Yoga and Breakfast at Sky Gardens (but make sure to bring your yoga mat) and enjoy the early morning view of the city while sipping on a delicious smoothie in a rooftop pod.
